John Miller

John Miller is a Tenor Vocalist, Songwriter, Multi-Instrumentalist and Producer who combines old and new sounds into new forms of acoustic/bluegrass music. John is one who enjoys playing with musicians who play "band style" bluegrass music. Playing bluegrass since the age of seven his brother Eddie along with his Father Earnest gave him the desire to take his place in the music. John has been member, toured, performed on stage and/or recorded with names like The Lonesome River band, J.D. Crowe and The New South, Charlie Sizemore Band, Valerie Smith, Bobby Hicks, Richard Bennett, Norman Wright and The Travelers, Wyatt Rice and Santa Cruz, Jesse Brock, Bill Emerson, Micheal Cleveland, Mike Aldridge, Valerie Smith, Darren Beachley Band, Junior Sisk and Ramblers Choice, and many others. In 2004 John has teamed up with dear Friend and fellow song writer Frank Solivan II to write a song about John's Father passing in may 2004. The song is called Selfish Tears and it is the title cut for Frank's new recording "Selfish Tears". We will also be doing yet another tour in the Washington D.C. area in Feb. 2007 so check us out. John is also an established Luthier who repairs fretted instruments. Specializing in acoustic instruments mandolins, Old Martins. John is also a Proud endorser of D'Addario Strings, Fishman Pickups and Amps, Eastman Mandolins and Guitars and a Player/Representative of Suda Guitars.
