Australian born songwriter/performer, John Collins has written Worldwide hits singles for Grammy nominated artist "Gina G", Australian Idol finalist "Anthony Callea", Japan's "Arashi" and has a string of Film and TV cuts to his credit. Collins has also released 2 albums and a remix compilation as Johnny X, "The Evolution Of Johnny X", "Rodeo" and "Rodeo Nights". 
In early 2010 the Johnny X track "Under The Influence" was used as part of a viral campaign for the Internet trailer and in the soundtrack to the sequel to "Showgirls" called “Showgirl.” Open for writing collaboration worldwide, WACBIZ is thrilled to features these hit songs! Fresh! The single (For Grammy Nominated Gina G) co-written with British Producers Metro hit #6 in the UK & his other Metro collaboration "Gimme Some Love" hit the US “Billboard Airplay Top 20" Billboard Hot 100 #46 and was a UK #25. 
Fresh! The album received UK Silver accredited from BPI and hit #12 in the UK. The album was also certified Gold in Japan by RIAJ with sales over 100,000 in its 1st week. His Co-writes for Mushroom Music “Love will find a way” and I’ll make you happy” have been used in the following Australian TV shows, “Home and away” “Neighbours” “Heartbreak High” “Breakers” “Love Rules” “Sweat” Back at the bay” The song “Affection” was used by Colombia/Tristar Television and featured heavily in the TV shows “Young and the Restless” and “Days of our Lives”. The songs “Pop My Cherry” and “System Addict” were used in the independent film directed by Ash Christian “FatGirls” and recently “Do Me Dirty” was used in a new upcoming film by Ash Christian called “Mangus!” placed by WACBIZ!
